Jewelry Care & Wear
Jewelry is delicate and requires proper care to maintain its condition over time.
To preserve the longevity of your piece, we recommend removing jewelry before activities such as sleeping, exercising, showering, swimming, or any situation that may expose it to moisture, sweat, or impact.
Exposure to these conditions can contribute to wear, including weakened chains, loosened stones, and general damage over time.
Damage resulting from regular wear, impact, or exposure to these conditions is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for free repair or replacement.

In-Person Purchases
All in-person sales are final. Exchanges or store credit may be offered within 7 days at my discretion.
By purchasing in person, you acknowledge that the item has been inspected and accepted in its current condition.

Online Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking). To initiate a return, please reach out through the contact form before sending your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives with a defect (such as a loose or missing stone), contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Repairs & Replacements
Repairs are offered on a case-by-case basis.
- Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- After this period, repairs may be subject to a fee.

Responsibility After Purchase
All items are inspected and confirmed to be in good condition at the time of sale. Once a piece has been worn or taken from the point of purchase, it is considered accepted in its original condition.
Issues such as items falling off, becoming lost, or breaking after wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Wear, Loss & Damage
Jewelry is delicate and requires proper care. Damage or loss that occurs after purchase—including broken chains, bent rings, chipped or missing stones due to impact, or items that fall off or are misplaced—is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for free repair or replacement.
Repairs or replacements may be offered at a cost.

Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting their correct ring size at the time of purchase.
Sizing guidance may be provided, but final size selection is the responsibility of the customer. Occasional Lover is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect sizing.
We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before purchasing, as resizing may not be available for all designs.
If your ring does not fit properly, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size may be offered within this window, provided the ring is unworn and in original condition.
After 7 days, size exchanges are no longer available. Resizing may be offered on select pieces for a fee, depending on the design.
Rings that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for exchange.

I am not responsible for lost jewelry under any circumstances. Lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.

Custom or personalized pieces (including special orders) are final sale and cannot be returned.
