Production & Shipping

Production Time

Each piece is handmade to order in our Brooklyn studio with careful attention to quality and detail.

Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-volume periods (such as December), production time may extend to 2–3 weeks.

Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its delivery.

If you require special accommodations—such as expedited shipping, a specific carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), or signature confirmation—please contact us before your order ships. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Carrier Responsibility & Delays

Once a package has been shipped, Occasional Lover is not responsible for carrier delays. However, we are happy to assist in locating packages and filing claims if needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Occasional Lover is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is secure. If you would like added security, please request signature confirmation prior to shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may have already begun and changes or cancellations may not be possible. Occasional Lover reserves the right to decline modification or cancellation requests after this period.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Occasional Lover is not able to collect or estimate these fees.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will not be refunded until it has been safely returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
